NoFlow

The iPhone app that shows up as you, right when a site would have won. Screen Time blocking, backed by the letter you wrote to yourself. Made for adults choosing to limit their own access to porn.

iPhone · iOS 18 or later

🔒 No account needed ✍️ Your own letter, not ours ⏱️ 60-second wait to turn off
Why NoFlow exists

Most blockers show you a generic warning. NoFlow shows you the reason you actually started.

During setup, you write a short letter to yourself: why this matters, who it's for, what it's costing you. That's what appears the moment you hit the wall, not a stock message you'll learn to click past. Turning protection off, or stepping down a level, takes a deliberate 60-second wait. No public shaming, no leaderboard, nobody else knows.

How it works

Four steps. No noise.

01

Write it once

During setup, in your own words: why this matters, who it's for.

02

It blocks system-wide

Built on Apple's Screen Time. Not a single browser extension.

03

Meet your own words

Hit the wall, see your letter. Not a generic warning screen.

04

Turning it off takes 60s

On purpose. Long enough for the moment to pass.

Also, it does these things

Small app. Does its job.

Your letter, not ours

The block screen shows what you wrote. Rewrite it anytime.

Real friction, not a toggle

Three protection levels. Turning off, or stepping down, takes a deliberate 60-second wait.

Clean days & streak

Grows with every day protection holds. Yours to keep, private on your phone.

No account, ever

Your letter, journal and streak never leave your phone. No login, no password.

A 60-second reset

Guided breathing for the moment an urge hits, before you ever reach for your phone.

Learns quietly

Recognises sites you visit against its own list, entirely on your phone. Nothing about your browsing is ever sent anywhere.

What shows up

Not a warning. Your words.

Example letter

"3am, phone in bed, everyone asleep. This is the version of me I don't want to keep being."

For Sarah, and the person I'm trying to become.

An example. Yours will be different, and only you will ever read it.

Pricing

You pay with money, not with data.

Pauses, breathing, your streak and your journal stay free. Blocking that runs on its own, without you, is the paid part. Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial.

Weekly
$6.99/week

No ads, no data broker, no free tier that pays for itself by selling what you do. The price is the whole business model.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is this spying on me?

No. NoFlow checks what you visit locally, on your phone, against a built-in list, using Apple's own Screen Time framework. Nothing about your browsing is ever sent anywhere. Your letter, journal and streak never leave your phone. Full details in the privacy policy.

Can I turn it off?

Yes, always. But turning protection off, or stepping down a level, takes a deliberate 60-second wait. On purpose: the friction is on the moment you most want to skip it, not on staying protected.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no login, no password, and no account of any kind. Nothing that could identify you.

Is it a subscription?

Yes: $6.99 a week or $39.99 a year, both with a 3-day free trial. Pauses, breathing, your streak and your journal are free without paying. Automatic blocking is the part you're paying for.

What if it blocks something it shouldn't?

Email support@noflowapp.com with the site and we'll fix the list.

When does it launch?

NoFlow is close. Leave your email above and you'll be the first to know the moment it's live on the App Store.
