Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms are between you and Kevin Accorinti, an individual developer based in Italy ("we", "us"), and they apply when you download or use the NoFlow iPhone application. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app. Because NoFlow is distributed through the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and where it conflicts with these terms, it wins.

2. What NoFlow is, and what it is not

NoFlow helps you put deliberate friction between yourself and content you have decided you do not want to reach. It uses Apple's Screen Time system to shield apps and filter websites, and it gives you a calm interruption, breathing exercises and your own words at the moment you need them.

It is not a medical device, a diagnosis, a therapy or a treatment. It does not treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing in the app is professional medical or psychological advice. If you are struggling in a way that affects your health, your safety or your relationships, please speak to a qualified professional. NoFlow is a tool that sits alongside that, never a replacement for it.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old to use NoFlow.
• Use it on a device you own or are entitled to configure.
• Do not use it to restrict another person's device without their knowledge and consent. NoFlow is built for protecting yourself, not for monitoring or controlling someone else.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app.

4. Free and paid features

NoFlow is free to download. The following stay free for as long as you use the app, with no time limit and no trial: the calm reset on demand, the breathing exercise, your streak and total clean days, your journal, your personal letter and the daily thought.

A subscription unlocks the features that work when your willpower does not: blocking that runs on its own, the deliberate sixty second wait before protection can be switched off, and the one tap handoff to your accountability partner.

5. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

• Subscriptions are offered on a weekly and a yearly basis. The price, the length and any introductory free period are shown in the app before you confirm, and are charged to your Apple Account.
• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you turn off auto renewal at least 24 hours before it ends.
• You manage and cancel it in your Apple Account settings on your device. We cannot cancel it for you, and cancelling has to be done there rather than by contacting us.
• If you cancel, you keep the paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then return to the free version. Nothing is deleted.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

6. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under its own policy, at reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to issue refunds ourselves. That said, if something in the app did not work as described, write to us and we will help you make the case.

7. What we cannot promise

NoFlow depends on features Apple provides and on how iOS behaves on your device. We build carefully and we test on real hardware, but we cannot promise that filtering is complete, that no site or app ever slips through, or that the service is uninterrupted and error free. Determined circumvention of any blocker is always possible, on any platform. NoFlow is designed to make a moment of impulse harder, not to make it impossible.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the app is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury or fraud.

8. Your content

The letter you write and your journal entries are yours. They stay on your device, we never receive them, and we claim no rights over them.

9. Changes and ending

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and material changes will be flagged in the app. You can stop using NoFlow at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access if the app is used in breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
