Open NoFlow, tap the gear in the top right, and under Protection tap Turn on protection. iOS asks you once to allow Screen Time access; after that it runs on its own and you do not need to open the app again for it to work.
Safari, Chrome, Brave, Firefox and the others. The filtering happens inside iOS rather than inside a single browser, so switching browser does not get around it. Tested on a real iPhone, not assumed.
No. There is no sign up, no email and no password. Nothing about you is stored anywhere except on your own phone.
iOS stops the page from loading. Inside the app you can also start a reset yourself, before the moment gets difficult rather than after, from Take a reset now on the main screen.
Go to the gear icon, then Reset style, and pick another one. You can change it as often as you like, and it takes effect immediately.
Turning protection off is the only action in NoFlow with friction on it. When you ask to switch it off, a one minute countdown starts and your own letter is shown while it runs. Keeping protection on is always available immediately and is never punished. The wait exists for the version of you that wants to skip it.
You get a 24 hour window to get back on track. Stay clean through it and your streak continues instead of resetting. Your total clean days never reset at all, whatever happens, because months of real progress should not disappear because of one evening.
Yes. Days are counted from the calendar, not from when you launch NoFlow. Stay clean for a week without opening it and that week still counts.
Permanently free, with no trial and no time limit: the calm reset on demand, the breathing exercise, your streak and total clean days, your journal, your personal letter and the daily thought.
The parts that work when your willpower does not: blocking that runs on its own, the sixty second wait, and the one tap handoff to your accountability partner.
On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then NoFlow, then Cancel. It has to be done there because Apple handles the payment; we cannot cancel it for you. You keep the paid features until the end of the period you already paid for, then the app returns to the free version. Nothing is deleted.
Tap Restore purchase in Settings, or Restore on the plans screen. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
No, and not as a promise but as a fact of how it is built. Apple hands apps meaningless tokens instead of the identity of what you shield, and nothing about your browsing is ever reported to us. There is no server to report it to.
Deleting the app removes everything, because nothing is stored anywhere else. You can also erase your data from inside the app without deleting it.
